Karla Jo Helms is the CEO and is the visionary behind JoTo PR. Prior to founding JoTo, Helms developed a proprietary PR strategy for taking any virtually unknown company and by using the power of PR in a strategic way could help them attain critical mass.
During those development years, Helms codified how to hone in on the best use of PR to increase marketing ROI. The end-result is always a wider sphere of influence and the invaluable commodity of goodwill garnered on a broad basis for her clients.

Karla Jo is the JoTo CEO and is the visionary behind JoTo PR. Helms’ is astute in recognizing patterns in the industry, codifying and utilizing these patterns to create PR campaigns steeped in proven traditional and new media methods… for one and one purpose only: to increase the market reach of our clients year after year.

A graduate of the University of Georgia, Diane D. Stein uses her “bulldog” determination to win the day. She knows what creates true rapport between companies and customers and has made it her mission to constantly seek out the newest, fastest and most effective lines of communication to targeted groups of individuals that become driving force behind big movements. During her early PR career in Atlanta, she tested her findings of creating grass-roots communities, which naturally migrated into her specialty of Online PR and Social Media Branding.
Diane understands that social media is about creating a sense of place in a virtual and otherwise cold world, using only the most reliable tools to create Online PR campaigns that can increase page rankings, web traffic and make you and your business well known and most importantly well thought of.
DIANE D. STEIN, President
Diane is the President and co-owner of JoTo. Diane’s forte is the execution of JoTo’s vision – overseeing all tactical plans and programs to ensure they come to fruition. Diane’s ingenuity in ensuring that JoTo’s business processes are fast and efficient is tantamount to all PR strategies we create, so that our clients (and employees) realize their business goals and dreams.

Paul Stein comes to JoTo with 22 years of experience as a sales consultant. With a degree in computer science and extensive training in business management, Paul Stein brings to the table a systematic approach in helping his clients succeed.
Lured away from his own consulting company by an opportunity to take on the task of establishing the sales division for a national consulting firm, Paul moved his entire family to Florida from Georgia in 2003 where he did indeed help build up what became one of the fastest growing companies of its kind.
But as exciting as that venture was, Paul realized that he was an entrepreneur at heart and saw the opportunity at JoTo PR to help small to companies take control of their business destiny by increasing their market share through the power of Public Relations.
PAUL STEIN, VP Client Relations
Over all JoTo Client Accounts, Paul ensures that the JoTo Sales and Delivery teams stay coordinated. It’s our belief that Communications Pros should stay in communication with all personnel involved in client campaigns! Paul runs the sales-delivery teams with a long-time successful track record in business administration – which is no small reason why our clients’ campaigns get results and outdistance their competition. Alyssa Kaplan comes to JoTo with a background in Public Relations and Marketing. Having interned at a prestigious publishing company in NYC, working in the publicity department, she gained the knowledge and experience to further strengthen and develop her professional career. Alyssa brings professional experience, knowledge and creativity to JoTo. Alyssa has a BS from Towson University and had the opportunity to study PR and International Marketing in Spain.
ALYSSA KAPLAN, PR Project Manager
Alyssa Kaplan is the JoTo PR Project Manager responsible for herding the entire creative and delivery teams of JoTo. Market Researchers, Writers, Editors and Media Relations Specialists. Alyssa has been dubbed the “Honey Badger of Project Managers” due to her determination of ensuring JoTo clients get high-quality and successful PR campaigns delivered with speed, accuracy and on time that match our clients’ goals and exceed their expectations. Grey Kitty is the resident bad-ass cat. He’s earned that title from his 16 years as an outside cat, trolling the wilds of Florida, getting into all kinds of scrapes and mishaps – even a wolf’s mouth – has earned him the nickname Gangsta’ Kitty. But don’t let that outside demeanor fool you. GK is and has always been a lover, and will snuggle up to the instant he meets you. Purrrrrrrrr….
GREY KITTY, JoTo Greeter
Grey Kitty comes to JoTo from an already 16-year career as the perfect greeter and snuggler. He takes his semi-retirement job seriously and greets everyone that comes into JoTo, winning them over until they too are as wrapped around his paw as we are! Grey Kitty is commonly referred to by his favorite monikers of GK and Gangsta’ Kitty, has been featured in the news and now has his own blog. Meow…(Hover over her bio.)
KOLTEN KITTY, JoTo Employee Morale Officer
Kolten Kitty was rescued and arrived at JoTo one cold winter night (not really, but it sounded good!) He really was a rescue kitty and when he arrived at JoTo his immediate response was, “Can I play with all the people…please!!??” From that point on, Kolten Kitty has proceeded to grace every desk at JoTo with his cute little orange furry body causing coos and purrs from “the people.” We too are as wrapped around his paw as we are GK’s – mew, mew!
